Dynamic Host Tracking

Previously, when a managed device's IP changed in eyeSight (e.g., via DHCP), and if the eyeInspect Sensor wasn't aware of the change, the OT Plugin would wrongly merge asset properties, causing incorrect host classification in eyeSight.

Starting with Operational Technology Plugin v3.2.1, changes to a host's IP are tracked and reported to eyeInspect using MAC addresses, allowing eyeInspect to correctly update host records when IPs change. This prevents duplication of host data.
