Accept an Enrollment Request for Passive Sensors

 

When you have configured the Command Center IP Address in the Passive Sensor plugin and the application instance has restarted, you can then add the Passive Sensor plugin running on a CounterACT appliance to a Command Center by accepting an enrollment request.

To accept an enrollment request for a Passive Sensor:

  1. In the Command Center, go to Sensors > Sensor Overview > New Sensor > Enrollment Overview.
  2. Select the new Passive Sensor request.
  3. Click Actions, and then select Accept Request.
The Passive Sensor is then shown on the Sensor Overview.
