Forescout Cloud Connector Overview

The Forescout Cloud Connector is a small utility that establishes a secure connection between a Data Source and the Forescout Cloud platform for ingesting raw log data from various network-level and IT security on-premises and cloud application sources. A Forescout Cloud Connector can be deployed on-premises at the customer site, or it can be hosted by Forescout.

The Connector deployment environment, combined with the nature of the Data Source device or service itself, determines the transport configuration settings for the successful ingestion of raw log files and other data.
