Add ServiceNow integration to Forescout Cloud

 

1. Under the Administration menu, select Integrations.
2. Click the + Add App button.
3. Use the CATEGORY dropdown to select Case Management.
4. Use the APPLICATION dropdown to select ServiceNow.
   The ServiceNow Integration configuration window appears.
5. If you want to automatically generate a Security Incident case for all threat Detections, set the AUTO-CREATE toggle to "On".
6. Specify a unique name for the integration in the INTEGRATION NAME field.
7. Use the DEFAULT FOR CASE dropdown to choose a specific default case type for the integration.
8. Fill out the remaining fields with your credentials and click the Connect button.
