Adding Jira for case management to Forescout Cloud

 

1. In the Console, go to Administration > Integrations and click the Add App button.
2. Select Case Management from the CATEGORY dropdown
3. Select Jira from the list.

   The Jira app integration screen appears.

4. Specify a unique name for the integration in the INTEGRATION NAME field.
5. If applicable, use the DEFAULT FOR CASE dropdown to choose a specific default Triage Assist case type for the integration.
6. Enter your Atlassian USERNAME, your API TOKEN, and your ATLASSIAN DOMAIN URL and ISSUE TYPE, and then click Connect.
