Edit role of the new user

 

The Forescout Cloud Platform ServiceNow integration requires being able to call the ServiceNow REST APIs to read and write to the ServiceNow incident table. In addition, the integration requires read access to sys_journal_fields table.

Refer to ServiceNow documentation on adding roles to users here.
  1. Navigate and click on the newly created user.
  2. Under the Roles tab near the bottom click Edit.
  3. Add the the snc_platform_rest_api_access and web_service_admin roles to the user.
