Enable read access to the sys_journal_fields table

 

This permission is required to determine the new comments that should be pulled from the ServiceNow incident and added to the Forescout Cloud Console case. For example, the following API call is used:

This will require updating the Access Control List (ACL) and will require a user to be an Admin and be able to elevate his/her role to a security_admin.

  1. Navigate to the ‘Access Control (ACL)’.
  2. Click the User menu' → 'Elevate Roles on the top-right.
  3. Enable the ‘security_admin’ option and click OK.
  4. Click New to add a new Access Control.
  5. Fill out the form as shown in the below screenshot and click Submit.
