Integrating RSA Archer with Forescout Cloud

 

RSA Archer™ has provided a full guide to integration with which is accessible here. Use the guide to configure the RSA Archer side of the integration and obtain the necessary credentials. When this is done, see the procedure below to configure for RSA Archer integration:

  1. In the Console, select Administration > Integrations.
  2. Click the +Add App button.
  3. Click Case Management from the CATEGORY dropdown.
  4. Select RSA Archer from the list. The RSA Archer app integration screen appears.
  5. If integrating with an on-premises instance of RSA Archer, skip to step 7. If integrating with a Cloud instance of RSA Archer, proceed to step 6.
  6. When integrating with a Cloud instance of RSA Archer:
    1. Ensure the RSA Archer account being used for the integration is active, has the time zone set to UTC, and has a System Administrator role.
    2. Enter the INTEGRATION NAME, select the default case from the DEFAULT FOR CASE dropdown, and enable the Cloud Instance checkbox.
    3. Fill out all the INSTANCE NAME, USERNAME, PASSWORD, and ARCHER HOSTNAMES fields.

    4. Click the Connect button.

  7. When integrating with an on-premises instance of RSA Archer:
    1. Enter the INTEGRATION NAME and select the default case from the DEFAULT FOR CASE dropdown.

    2. Fill out all the INSTANCE NAME, USERNAME, PASSWORD, USER DOMAIN, ARCHER HOST NAME, ARCHER HOST PORT, and ARCHER URL PATH fields.

    3. Click the Connect button.
