Register a new ServiceDesk Plus application

 

Go to https://api-console.zoho.com/ and complete the following steps:

  1. Click on Create, and then select one of the following as the Client Type:

    Server-based Applications (requires OAuth 2.0 3LO user consent)

    Self Client (requires manual creation of the auth code from the Zoho Management console)

  2. Fill in the Client Name, Homepage URL, and Redirect URL fields.
  3. Click Create.

Note: In Client Secret menu, you will find details of your newly created app, some of which will be required during the procedure to configure the console side of the integration (i.e., Client ID, Secret, etc.)
