Creating a Custom Dashboard to display Xplorer data

Use this procedure to add Xplorer data to a Custom Dashboard that you are building, or to an existing dashboard.
  1. To begin, click the + Custom Dashboard button.The initial view displays three widget spaces of equal size, each of which has a + button.The bottom of this display has controls that you can use to set the initial quantity and shape pattern of the widget design you choose for your custom dashboard.
  2. Enter a title for the Dashboard you are creating. This title can be edited at any time before saving the dashboard.
  3. Click the + button to populate data into a blank widget.
  4. Select Go to Xplorer and you will be taken to the Xplorer log searching tool under the Logs tab.
  5. From the AVAILABLE FIELDS column in Xplorer, click the visualization icon for the log field data you want to include in your custom dashboard.
  6. Click the data select button and select "Continue from draft [Name of your draft dashboard]". You can also choose to add data to an existing custom dashboard.
  7. Click Save. You will be returned to the Custom Dashboard you are creating with the data you have selected displayed in the widget.
