Adding Microsoft as an Identity Provider (Microsoft Azure tenants only)

Learn how to enable Microsoft as an Identity Provide for SSO access to valid for Microsoft Azure tenants only.

This procedure explains how to configure to enable Microsoft as an Identity Provider for SSO account access. You will need the following authentication and reference information on hand:

  • Microsoft email domain

To configure Microsoft as an IdP for SSO access to , complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Administration>Account Settings>Identity Provider and click Add Identity Provider.
  2. In the Configure Identity Provider window, select MICROSOFT from the Identity Provider dropdown.
  3. Enter the Microsoft email domain into the Email Domain field (separate multiple domains by comma) and click Add Email Domain.
  4. Click Save.
    The IdP will appear in the list of configured Identity Providers.
  5. To activate the IdP, click the Enabled check box.
    The IDP Activation prompt appears.
  6. Confirm by clicking Activate.
