New Features

This version of the Operational Technology Plugin introduces:

Enhancements

  • Performance improvements for integration with eyeSegment:

    • Support for higher communication flows from eyeInspect.

    • Removed blockers for host property exporting

    • Added configuration capability for Apache Kafka consumer/producer parameters

  • The OT Sensor Name property is now hidden. Use OT Sensor Names instead

  • Source address now works as expected for Enterprise Managers exporting host properties

  • The IP Reuse Domain mapping logic between eyeSight and eyeInspect is now updated, enabling bidirectional data exchange (by using eyeInspect Data Enricher)

Fixed Issues

  • OT-1002: Fixed an issue where eyeSegment Service Details displayed only a small subset of assets for a segment instead of the full asset count. In high-volume environments, data from certain network segments was not being forwarded to eyeSight, causing the segmentation matrix to show incomplete communication results (e.g., only broadcast traffic).

  • OT-985: Fixed an issue where OT Plugin properties were not synchronized with identity changes on eyeSight managed devices. When SecureConnector-managed devices changed IP addresses via admission events, the OT Plugin could merge outdated OTSM properties from eyeInspect onto the wrong host, resulting in incorrect device classification.
