Account settings

 

You can manage your Account settings by selecting Account Settings under the Administration tab.

From here, Admin account users can specify additional IOC and account authorization settings, specify custom branding, select their preferred method of log storage management and set a specific Case Workflow progression for cases tracked by .

License Information

Provides key information about features and products enabled by your license, as follows:

  • Account Name: The name of your account.
  • Account Type: Indicates the products that are enabled for your account.
  • SOC Assist: Indicates whether SOC Assist is enabled for your account.
  • Industry: Identifies your company's business industry.
  • Rentention Policy: Specifies the data retention policy for your account.
  • License Status: Indicates the status of your product licenses.
  • Region: Specifies the operating region for your account.
Features

Enable or disable the following features:

  • Enable use of Forescout AI

  • Allow reopening of closed cases

  • Allow anonymous sharing of high confidence IOCs

  • Enable FDA and TGA medical recalls

Console SettingsSpecify the displayed logo for your instance of Forescout Cloud.
