Create new ServiceNow user

To create a new user in ServiceNow:

1. In ServiceNow, search for "Users" and click Users under Organization.
2. Click New.
3. Fill out the fields. Ensure that Time zone is set to GMT.

You can now edit the new user's role to be able to call APIs.
