Uploading the Forescout Sentinel DataForwarder application package

Complete the following procedure to upload the Forescout Sentinel DataForwarder application:

  1. Download the Forescout_Sentinel_DataForwarder-< short SHA >.tar.gz file.
  2. Extract the tar.gz archive. The extracted directory will have a .jar file, a config directory, a LICENSE.txt file and a Readme file.
  3. To Get the FTPS credentials for the created app service, navigate to Deployment Center > FTPS credentials and copythe FTPS endpoint, username and password.
  4. Login to any FTP client of your choice with the credentials recorded in the above step and upload the tar file.
  5. Using the same FTP client, upload the Jar file and config directory to /site/wwwroot.

Proceed now to Configuring Required Environment Variables and Starting the New App Service.
