About Content Modules

The Network Interface Controller (NIC) Vendor Database (DB), Windows Applications Host Posture Assessment (HPA), and Windows Vulnerability Database (DB) modules are Content Modules that integrate with the Host Property Scanner (HPS) Inspection Engine to expand the endpoint discovery, classification, and management capabilities of Forescout eyeSight. Together, these modules deliver updated intelligence and extended host properties, enabling policies to accurately detect endpoints, assess software compliance, identify vulnerabilities, and execute remediation actions across your network.
