Integrating ServiceNow with Forescout Cloud

 

This task list assumes you already have a ServiceNow instance. To integrate ServiceNow with Forescout Cloud:

  1. Set up a ServiceNow API key.
  2. Create a new ServiceNow User.
  3. Edit the new user role.
  4. Enable read access to the sys_journal fields table.
  5. Set up the time zone and date/time information.
  6. Set up ACL.
  7. Add the ServiceNow integration to Forescout Cloud.
  8. Review Configuration Options and Auto-Synchronization (optional)
